Podcasting for fools like us.
Lets face it, it's a strange, bizarre new world of news, information
and media. Podcasting is going to be at the heart of it all, so you
might as well get the hang of it now and learn what it's all about.
Essentially it's radio that works like TIVO. By that I mean you get to
pick the shows you like, ask them to be sent to you or downloaded
automatically, and you can listen to them when and where you like. On
your ipod, your Mac, your PC, on an audio disk, and very soon on your
PDA or cell phone.
Apple made my life much easier and solved the question of " how do I listen to your show".
Go right now, and I do mean RIGHT NOW, To the Apple Itune site and download the Itunes system!
Once you download it, just look for the little podcasting button on the
left side menu, go click on it and it will take you to the podcasting
content pages. You will see all kinds of neat stuff and shows to hear
and see, but ignore them, it's us you really want, and then go to the
"search all podcasts", type in Legal Broadcast Network, and in a few
seconds our shows will be in the heading section for you to access.
Click on the Legal Broadcast Network feeds, Not the other guys, and
there you will find the audio and video podcasts of LBN and The
Settlement Channel.
Once there, hit subscribe, and from that point on, every time we do a
new show or commentary, your Itune reader will pick it up, list it in
your show menu, or if your really sharp and have the device, down load it to your Ipod and
you can listen there when ever you choose.
Yes, it's that simple. Now go do it. Now. Right now.
